Introduction: learning from each others organizations and relation structures
1 Asset management organization: Each participant presents his/hers organization, details with company structure; no more than 1-3 slides, covering relation with work executing departments, insourcing/outsourcing, relation owner – manager – provider, size of organization, etc.


Regulator affairs: each participant describes actual questions his company faces with (and these are how dealt with): regulators+ environment + safety, bring up their answers/solutions, communication structure to regulator, possible intercommunication with other asset managers, possible support for idea to set up discussion group "regulator affairs".
3 AMforum organizers will report on contacts with other organizations dealing with AM
Strategy: learning from some strategies designed and applied
1 Emergency management - main thoughts: catastrophic events, relation to spare supplies, and possible collaboration in spare supplies availability, relation to substation/network design and possible mobile solutions, procedure handbooks, support and information to fire brigades, regulator requirements restoring energy etc.  
2 KPI/Balanced Score Card management: Each participant gives the approach and KPI/BSC design as applied in the company, explain the context and (if possible) the results
  Cigre progress report on the subject to be presented by PW
Assets: learning from experience, discussing asset performance, AMforum data base
1 Replacement strategy for relatively good population of assets - replace or refurbish ? maximum usage of assets, risk assessment:  Each participant presents their refurbishment policy, more specifically the following will address oil filled cable (ELIA), circuit breaker/lab accelerated ageing experiment (RTE), instrument transformers (Fingrid), transformers (RTE) + general policy of everyone, exchange of experience , know-how, use of statistical info + need to increase by collaboration (exchange at data level), etc...
2 Communication networks / new standards (Fingrid)
3 Discussion based on internet questions (will be based on actual situation at the AMforum data base, to be dealt with by AMforum organization)
4 Re-investment in de-centralized dispatching and local control
5 Cables and GIS - predictive maintenance (or, as Europeans say: condition assessment based preventive maintenance): Participants are invited to present their relevant approach, results from both application (utility) as providing (provider) view, used approaches as risk management, failure mode analysis, designed and applied measurements, built-up data bases,
6 SF6 book-keeping and presentation of questionnaire results: Participants are asked to report on the local situation with respect to SF6 application on HV and MV level and with regard to book keeping regulations.
